For our Urology business area, we are looking for an Account Manager Prosthetic Urology for the region of Hessen, Rhineland-Palatinate.

The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle within the portfolio for prosthetic urology in Germany. The portfolio consists of implants for prosthetic urology, which requires the AM to combine deep clinical understanding with commercial expertise. An essential part of the role is maintaining a healthy pipeline of new opportunities, efficiently developing them in the sales cycle, and closing deals to secure sustainable business growth. Additionally, the AM plays a key role in supporting customers in the clinical environment, including the operating room (OR), by providing product expertise and procedural support. This includes tracking implant availability with customers to ensure readiness for the next procedure.

  • Focusing on selling the next procedure by ensuring implant availability, customer readiness, and continuous engagement to secure repeat procedures.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with urology key opinion leaders, clinical staff, and hospital decision-makers.
  • Promoting health economic arguments to secure product positioning and acceptance.
  • Stakeholder mapping, defining touchpoints, and maintaining up-to-date account information in the CRM.

Sales Implementation

  • Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities arising from clinical support activities.
  • Leading tender preparation and negotiation in collaboration with the Tender Office to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
  • Developing deal models and IPATs to support RSMs in top-tier accounts.
  • Conducting regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and explore new opportunities.
  • Providing case support in the clinical environment, ensuring implant availability and readiness for upcoming procedures.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborating with clinical colleagues to leverage clinical evidence in commercial discussions.
  • Providing regular updates through CRM, sales meetings, and quarterly business reports (QBRs).
  • Utilizing reporting tools to monitor performance and ensure effective implementation of sales processes.
