Account Manager, Endoscopy - South East Europe (Based in Romania)

The Account Manager (AM) manages channel partners across the South East Europe region, identifying commercial opportunities, driving account planning, and executing regional and local sales strategies in collaboration with partners. The purpose of this role is to drive business growth, broaden Boston Scientific's market share, ensure product positioning and market penetration, and focus commercial activities on both clinical and economic stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the development of the annual strategic plan, identifying and understanding accounts' unmet needs and expectations, developing stakeholder maps, building and maintaining strong relationships with economic stakeholders and clinical KOLs, collaborating with clinical colleagues to identify and manage sales opportunities derived from clinical support, gathering insights from KOLs and stakeholders to anticipate tenders and negotiation opportunities, conducting sales visits and identifying new opportunities to drive growth with channel partners, and performing regular reviews with the Sales Force and during QBRs with partners.

We're looking for a degree in Health Sciences or a related field, 3–5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales (preferably Endoscopy/Gastroenterology), experience supporting procedures in the Operating Room, proven experience managing distributors or channel partners, and based in or near Bucharest, Zagreb, Budapest, or Belgrade. Strong regional market knowledge, familiarity with hospital stakeholders and purchasing centers, experience preparing tenders, fluency in English (additional regional languages are a plus), and a strong motivation, positive attitude, and willingness to travel regularly across the region are also required.
