Junior Support Analyst (Temporary Position) For People With Disabilities

Main Responsibilities:
- Create change tickets (CRQ in SMT-Remedy or SNOW) in Bosch defined tool based on given inputs by various internal stakeholders
- Assign tasks to multiple internal service owners
- Order external service provider (ESP) service packages within CRQ process
- Follow up and report on CRQ status together with project coordinators
- Support change template creation & adjustment based on changing requirements
Qualifications:
- Concluded or still studying courses such as economics, IT, industrial engineering, system of informatics, computer science, administration
- Good communication skills
- English mandatory
