Project Coordinator

Perform the coordination activities to support schedule and project management for a cybersecurity program. Maintain responsibility for developing and maintaining a project schedule for respective tasks. Input and manage risks, schedule, and task-related documentation in the program risk register, and ensure risks are appropriately facilitated and communicated through various mediums, as defined by the program. Develop and update routine reporting documentation, to include weekly and monthly deliverables. Leverage best practices and program templates. Communicate with stakeholders as needed, including supporting the task lead with milestone management, documentation, and addressing schedule variances. Coordinate with requirements analysts to document task-specific requirements and update the schedule accordingly. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with project management
  • 2+ years of experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management, including building a project schedule from baseline
  • Experience creating executive-level documentation, reports, white papers, and briefings
  • Experience providing project management support for security operations centers, vulnerability management, cybersecurity technologies, and systems engineering
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree in a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
