Control Account Manager

Manage tasks and initiatives associated with the product development lifecycle for digital products and services. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in Control Account Management, managing deliverables, performance of the schedule, and resources for the schedule
• Experience working on technical solutions with software development project teams
• Experience working in an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) environment
• Experience with EIA-748 compliant EVMS estimation techniques and reporting
• Experience with schedule management tools, such as MS Project or Oracle Primavera
• Experience with EVM software tools, such as Deltek Cobra
• Experience with government or defense contracts requiring EVMS reporting
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams
• Experience developing EVM artifacts, including weekly performance and variance reporting
• Experience with Agile EVM estimation, development, and reviewing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills
• Professional Certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Scrum Master, or SAFe Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
