We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Account Manager to provide remote administrative and account support for a growing construction business in Australia. In this role, you'll work directly with the Managing Director and handle various day-to-day administrative tasks including inbox management, invoicing, purchase order preparation, record maintenance, and technician scheduling. This part-time role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, a proactive mindset, and previous administrative experience—particularly within fast-paced or construction-related environments.
