Matric/NQF level 4 or equivalent required/mandatory.
Clear criminal record.
Excellent proficiency in English (Read, Write and speak) Excellent communication skills with outstanding attention to detail. South African Resident Excellent relationship-building skills and works well in a team. The role requires your reliability, flexibility, professionalism, and a friendly target-driven "can do" attitude. Minimum 6-12 months proven experience in a similar role dealing with national clients is essential. Ability to cope with multi-tasking in this fast-paced, demanding environment, responding on emails, multimedia chats and telephonic enquiries. Able to work rotational shifts Monday - Sunday, 8am - 9pm.
