You will be the point of contact for our customers. Your mission? To ensure an optimal customer experience by answering their inquiries, resolving issues related to their orders or product use. You will be at the heart of our continuous improvement process, as collecting customer feedback is crucial to identifying areas for improvement and maintaining the superior quality of our products and services.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage interactions with customers via emails with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Respond to customer requests with courtesy and empathy, ensuring an exceptional experience.
  • Resolve customer issues proactively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve complex challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, delivery times, returns, and refunds.
  • Analyze trends and recurring customer problems, and propose improvements to optimize their experience. You will have a central role in the continuous improvement of our products and services.

Required Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
  • Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely, and without errors
  • Natural empathy and ability to understand customer needs
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently and creatively
  • Autonomy and sense of initiative - curious
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Possibility to work remotely on holidays or weekends (to be discussed during the interview)
