Io Account Executive 免疫肿瘤客户主任 主要职责 (岗位相关):

• Have deep product knowledge and disease area knowledge
• Achieve/exceed regional targets
• Execute market strategy as outlined by market manager. Identify target HCPs from appropriate segments and collaborate with them to achieve promotional plans
• Fully understand key HCPs in the region and area of responsibility
• Update customer data
• Coordinate local "hospital meetings"
• Update HCP information timely and conduct visits according to plans
• Build and maintain relationships with key HCPs, understand customer (medical) needs.
• Achieve and maintain company requirements regarding visit rate, knowledge level, capability, behavior, and personal image.
• Report visit situations in ETMS system regularly (every day).
• Provide accurate reports and contact direct supervisor according to the prescribed process.
• Provide direct supervisor with information about the effectiveness of BMS promotional materials.
• Develop and enhance professional knowledge through attending training, conferences, and self-study of medical literature
• Share knowledge and experience with team members
• Manage professional equipment and promotional materials, ensuring they are in good condition.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in pharmaceutical or life science related fields
• Familiar with local hospital promotion work
• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Prior tumor experience is preferred
• Possess good interpersonal communication skills, team spirit, ability to independently analyze and solve problems, and ability to work under pressure.

The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
