Wealth Sales & Service Administrative Assistant
Contribute to the success of a growing Nesbitt Burns Investment Advisor (IA) Team by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support, focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as primary point of contact for client inquiries and building rapport and trust with clients.
- Prioritizing accuracy in day-to-day responsibilities.
- Proactive, positive, and clear communication with IA team, BMO staff, and clients.
- Assisting in preparing for client meetings, including scheduling appointments and calls.
- Handling and ensuring accurate completion of a wide range of responsibilities such as wires, transfers, payments, foreign exchange, account opening and updates to client documentation.
- Generating reports and documents for IAs, clients, and accountants.
- Ensuring tasks are tracked, managed, and appropriately communicated to team members.
- Complying with all compliance, regulatory, legal, and ethics requirements.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of client and Bank information.
- Broader accountabilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of wealth management firm and branch operations is an asset.
- Familiarity with technology applications and software used in the investment industry is an asset.
- Current registration as Investment Representative (IR) with CIRO.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good collaboration and team skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary: $35,900.00 - $66,300.00
