Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant at SS&C Fintech Svc India - Airoli, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and configuring our cutting-edge financial technology solutions for clients. This involves understanding client needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of our products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in client-facing implementation projects from discovery to post-go-live support.
• Gather and analyze client business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Configure and customize SS&C Fintech products to meet specific client needs and workflows.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, and provide training to client end-users.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with internal development, product management, and support teams to resolve issues and provide feedback.
• Document all aspects of the implementation process, including design specifications, configurations, and client sign-offs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during the initial post-implementation phase.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a client-facing implementation or consulting role within the financial technology industry.
• Strong understanding of financial market concepts, investment operations, and wealth management processes.
• Experience with financial software platforms, particularly those related to portfolio management, trading, or accounting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database querying and manipulation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
