What You Will Get To Do:

You will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers. Consumer duty must be proactively considered, and emphasis placed on excellent service for our clients and their wealth, ensuring work is right first time. You will be working on the phones in a dedicated team and focus needs to be helping achieve department SLAs and KPIs ensuring that the client is at the heart of everything we do and seeking ways to improve client experience and outcomes. This is an inbound telephony position within our contact centre.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively manage calls and workloads in line with agreed KPI's, including queries or escalations to colleagues across the group or external clients/advisers in accordance with target service levels and agreed timescales and in line with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Be responsible for improving ways of working, driving efficiencies in processes, whilst ensuring you meet the required quality standards.
  • Build effective and collaborative relationships across the team, department, and organisation.
  • Acquire, expand and retain sound product and system knowledge of relevant company products and systems and awareness of their attributes and rules.
  • Responsible for following SS&C's Risk and Compliance policies and procedures.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Clear communication skills and friendly, positive manner
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations
  • Excellent Administration skills
  • Confident in navigating multiple computer systems at once
