What will be your contributions?
As a Customer Support, your mission will be to support the Customer Experience department. Manage various customer service channels such as web chat, telephone support, email, and our CRM tool. We expect many proposals and initiatives from you that will help us improve and standardize our current processes. We will rely on you to satisfy our customers and we will provide all the necessary tools so you can achieve all your objectives within the team.
