Role Overview
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in generating and managing business opportunities. You will be responsible for coordinating leads, supporting the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations, and ensuring smooth processes between Sales, Marketing, and Client Services. Your mission will be to maximize prospecting efficiency, strengthen relationships with prospects, and actively contribute to business growth. This position offers the chance to develop your skills in sales, marketing, and client relationship management while working in a collaborative and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Prospecting
- Assign, qualify, and route leads through the CRM (Pipedrive).
- Coordinate outbound prospecting strategies with the sales and marketing team.
- Reactivate and enrich dormant leads through tailored campaigns and automated workflows.
- Research prospects to deliver highly personalized communications.
- Schedule introductory meetings between prospects and senior sales experts.
- Monitor inbound and outbound lead flows to ensure timely follow-up, identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion rates.
Sales & Proposal Support
- Respond to RFPs and coordinate content and pricing with the team.
- Support the team in creating and coordinating sales presentations and proposals.
- Contribute to the preparation of service agreements and sales pitches.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services to ensure smooth handoffs and accelerate opportunities.
Tools, CRM & Automation
- Maintain and improve Pipedrive CRM integrity, ensuring clean and actionable data.
- Experiment with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, and Apollo to enhance personalization, lead scoring, content generation, and workflow automation.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by identifying high-potential accounts and tailoring messaging and cadences accordingly.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- College degree or technical certification in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Advanced proficiency with Google Suite.
- Knowledge of Pipedrive or other CRM systems (asset).
- Knowledge of digital marketing (asset).
- Structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong initiative, autonomy, and a drive to go above and beyond.
- Mandatory: Fluent in written and spoken English and French, to communicate effectively with our bilingual clients and international/national team members.
