International Sales Account Manager
Blentech Corporation, a leader in designing and manufacturing custom stainless steel food processing systems, is looking for a dynamic and energetic International Sales Account Manager to join our team in Santa Rosa, California. For over 38 years, we have been committed to building American-made equipment and growing our manufacturing presence right here in Sonoma County.
As an International Sales Account Manager, you will be part of a cross-functional sales team and a key player in our continued growth. You'll use your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to provide the best solutions for our customers and drive the entire sales process, from initial contact to project completion.
Responsibilities of our International Sales Account Manager:
- Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with international customers
- Seek out and identify new customer targets to expand our market reach
- Work with our Engineering and Executive Management teams to set pricing strategies for the international market
- Review and ensure the accuracy of all legal documentation, including contracts, Confidentiality Agreements, and purchase orders
- Bring in new customer projects that align with Blentech's strategic goals and product offerings
- Coordinate all internal sales activities, from discovery and product testing to quoting and negotiation
- Manage the International Sales team and support our international agents
- Travel 60-75% of the time, both domestically and internationally, to meet with customers
- Represent Blentech at Domestic and International Tradeshows
- Keep our CRM system updated with all sales activities
- Bring in customer projects that are aligned with Blentech's product offerings and strategic goals
- Coordinate relationships with Blentech International Agents, including regular correspondence, monthly updates, and tracking collaborative activities
Required Education and Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B field sales of industrial equipment within a manufacturing environment
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, a technical field, or business
- Demonstrated excellence in negotiating and closing sales for complex systems and single machines
- Knowledge of legal and contractual processes in international sales
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once and an appetite for understanding complex systems
- Food processing industry experience is a plus
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sell complex systems as well as single machines
Full Time Salaried: 40+ hours per week. We offer 100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision for the employee, a 401k with match, and PTO. Pay Range DOE: Salary: $125,000 to $162,000
