As a Customer Success Manager, you are the link between our customers and the business. You help new customers get started, make sure they get the most value from our services, and are there as support throughout the customer journey.

In the role, you will, among other things:

  • Onboard new customers and give them a safe and inspiring start
  • Follow up and support customers in their use of our services
  • Keep in touch with existing customers and build strong, long-term relationships
  • Collect feedback that contributes to the development of our products and processes
  • Work with customer data and CRM to understand and improve the customer experience

You will be part of a committed team that collaborates closely, shares knowledge and supports each other in everyday life. The role is suitable for you who wants to develop in both customer relations and business understanding - in a company with a strong forward momentum.

We believe that you are a person who thrives on many contacts, likes to solve problems and has a genuine interest in understanding customers' needs. You may have a few years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer support, sales or Customer Success - but the most important thing is your willingness to grow and learn more.

We believe that you:

  • Have experience working closely with customers, preferably within B2B
  • Have good communicative skills and like to create relationships
  • Thrive in a varied role where you can take responsibility and think independently
  • Are curious to develop within Customer Success and contribute to the team's work
  • Have worked in any CRM system (e.g. Salesforce) or want to learn

It is a plus if you have experience with digital services, training or subscription models - but it is not a requirement. An interest in law or LegalTech is of course also welcome!

The position is a full-time job located at Blendow Group's fine newly renovated office on Humlegårdsgatan in central Stockholm. We start from the office as a workplace but see hybrid work as a natural possibility with a strong focus on freedom under responsibility.
