As a Customer Success Manager, you are the link between our customers and the business. You help new customers get started, make sure they get the most value from our services, and are there as support throughout the customer journey.

We believe that you are a person who thrives on many contacts, likes to solve problems and has a genuine interest in understanding customers' needs. You may have a few years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer support, sales or Customer Success - but the most important thing is your willingness to grow and learn more.

It is a plus if you have experience with digital services, training or subscription models - but it is not a requirement. An interest in law or LegalTech is of course also welcome!
The position is a full-time job located at Blendow Group's fine newly renovated office on Humlegårdsgatan in central Stockholm. We start from the office as a workplace but see hybrid work as a natural possibility with a strong focus on freedom under responsibility.
