The Latin America Business Operations team is part of Global Accounting and Product Services (GAAPS), a core function within global Technology & Operations. The team provides a fully integrated service platform for BlackRock in Latin America, emphasizing client service, risk management, and platform scalability. Our responsibilities span end-to-end operational functions required to support local and international Mutual Funds, SMAs, Alternatives, and ETFs, and clients. The team works closely with Regional and Global business functions and senior leadership to deliver on operating priorities which proactively align with commercial and business strategies.
We are hiring multiple Analysts to join our Latin America Business Operations team in Mexico City. These roles will support two complementary teams—Client Services and Local Product Services. As an Analyst, you will have opportunities to develop a detailed understanding of the firm's operating platform and contribute to projects for new or existing services.
