Senior Account Manager/ Senior Kundenmanager - Berlin
As a Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) you are responsible for a portfolio of high-level corporate clients. You develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, identify growth potentials, and implement targeted strategies to maximize revenue. You work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service and position Blacklane as the first choice for premium mobility solutions.
Your Tasks
- Primary contact for corporate clients, building and maintaining long-term business relationships
- Development and implementation of strategic customer plans to increase revenue
- Identification of cross- and upselling potentials for our sustainable mobility solutions, including the Electric Class
- Close collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimally meet customer needs
- Monitoring of performance metrics and ensuring compliance with or exceeding SLAs
- Representation of Blacklane at industry events, conferences, and client appointments
- Continuous monitoring of market trends and customer priorities, particularly in the area of sustainable and technology-driven mobility solutions
- Transmission of customer feedback to internal teams to improve our services and products
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in key account or senior account management, ideally in the field of mobility, premium services, or technology
- Ability to manage complex projects and work with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- High motivation, assertiveness, and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Fluent in German and very good English
