As an Information Management Support Analyst, you'll work behind the scenes to ensure our financial reporting systems and data workflows deliver clarity and control for ASD(S) and ASD(EI&E) operations. From dashboard development to secure document management, you'll support real-time execution and analysis. This position is in support of a contract for which we are bidding. Offers will be contingent on contract award.

Responsibilities:

• Manage database inputs and exports within DAI, OBIEE, Hyperion, WAWF, G-Invoicing, and DAR-Q
• Prepare execution reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain structured repositories and archival systems to support reporting workflows
• Identify data discrepancies and develop resolutions in coordination with CORs
• Interface with program offices to fulfill financial data calls and support analysis requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience supporting DoD financial systems
• Strong Excel and data validation/reporting experience
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high-integrity data environments
• SECRET clearance required

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced data visualization
• Knowledge of ULO reduction, A-123 compliance, or audit remediation
• DoD 8570 certification
• Experience supporting RMD or WHS programs
