We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a strong background in healthcare support and hands-on experience using Office Practicum (OP) EMR. The ideal candidate has worked in patient-facing or healthcare account roles and understands the importance of providing efficient, empathetic, and accurate assistance to both patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries, scheduling, and account management.
  • Accurately update and manage patient records within Office Practicum (OP) EMR.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and general administrative support.
  • Resolve patient concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
  • Deliver professional and compassionate customer service at all times.
