Technical Service Process Coordinator (M/W/D)

The Patient Safety Department in the Quality Area will in the future also take care of supporting the global sales organizations with technical questions. The new team for "Technical Service, External Devices" will thus make an important contribution to improved sales support in troubleshooting.

Your Tasks

  • Capture, forward, and follow up on support requests, also in a foreign language (primarily English)
  • Plan and monitor request processing via a ticket system
  • Maintain a knowledge database for quick answers to recurring questions
  • Answer technical questions in an understandable way for non-technicians
  • Monitor KPIs and create and update training materials to comply with standards

Your Profile

  • A completed at least three-year specialized vocational training in medical technology, computer science, or comparable technical fields
  • Professional experience in the field of medical technology
  • Familiarity with the use of ticket systems in compliance with service level agreements
  • Secure communication with different stakeholders, combined with a pronounced customer orientation, characterize you
  • You are proficient in communication in German (C2-Level) and English (C1-Level)
