Customer Service Specialist

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to be a vital part of Biocodex Romania team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and managing our sales and purchasing of goods processes, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with Romanian regulations.

As a key member of our local team, you will contribute to the success of our organization by leveraging your expertise in Logistic and Customer Service functions.

Responsabilities:

  • Represents company to external and internal customers, answers product-related questions, traces damages, interprets and clarifies customer orders for the shipping department, takes orders or registrations, and when necessary, may connect customers to appropriate support or field staff.
  • Manages web-based ordering or registrations, discusses with management regarding customer credits, returns goods for credit, identifies quality assurance complaints.
  • Provides allocation of stock in short supply, special price quotations and bids, pricing allowances, deductions and adjustments.
  • Manages inventories with short expiry date, offers solutions for damages.
  • Processes in ERP/SAP the goods purchases and sales, monthly/periodical discounts, returns and inventory audits as well as all necessary reports.
  • Works with the logistic partner and its infrastructure to send the sales documents for delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting, Economics or a related field);
  • Good level of English (spoken and written);
  • Technical skills (Excel Intermediate/advanced);
  • Familiar with SAP would be an advantage;
  • At least 3 years' Pharma Industry experience in Customer Service/Logistics;
  • Project planning and project management skills;
  • Build strong relationships with third-party customers and suppliers;
  • Ability to work in a multifunctional, multicultural environment;
  • Skilled in using problem-solving techniques to address operational issues.
