This role: A day and week in the life…

• Lead software implementations assisting customers with requirements definition, system configuration, tracking progress, and assessing and mitigating risk throughout.
• Manage relationships and communication (i.e. internal, client, 3rd party vendor) related to schedule, scope, changes, and budget.
• Create documentation and mitigation plans.

This role: You will be successful in this role if you…

• Worked for at least 2+ implementing SaaS Software.
• Earned a BA/BS degree in a related field and PMP Certified or have equivalent work experience.
• Familiar with no-code/low-code integration platforms, SQL, data analytic and data warehouse software preferred.
• Passionate about helping non-profit clients with transformative change.

Compensation $80,000 - $95,000 USD Annually. This reflects the base salary range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as performance, skills, certification, and experience. The range provided is only one part of the overall compensation package offered to candidates.
