Support Specialist

Can you communicate with people so well that even an angry customer ends up giving you a good rating? And at the same time, you're not afraid to open logs or report bugs to developers?

At Billdu, we're looking for a Support Specialist who can do both. Our users are small business owners from all over the world - and you'll be their first point of contact, helping them solve problems and guiding them in the right direction.

What Will You Do?

  • Help our users - respond to customer questions and issues via chat and email in English.
  • Identify technical problems - check logs, spot bugs, and distinguish between what you can fix yourself and what needs to go to development.
  • Collaborate with other teams - provide clear, structured input for developers or QA so they can fix issues quickly.
  • Improve user experience - notice recurring problems and suggest product or process improvements.
  • Build our knowledge base - update FAQs so customers can find answers instantly.
  • Be the voice of the customer - share user feedback with the team and ensure real needs are heard.

What We Expect

  • Fluent English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
  • Experience in customer support (ideally in IT, SaaS, or other digital environments).
  • Ability to understand basic technical concepts.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to explain things clearly and simply.
  • Drive - we're looking for a dynamic person who loves learning new things and knows how to figure things out.
