This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Louisville, KY, for a Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, anticipating client needs, solving problems effectively, and maintaining accurate records. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, understanding their needs, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering long-term client relationships. You will need to exhibit the interpersonal skills necessary to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, coworkers and management.
Provide technical support to Producer, pertaining to analyzing client needs, coverage forms and quotations.
Occasionally accompany Producer to prospect and client meetings as requested.
Complete and submit applications to eligible and appropriate carriers.
Ensure timely receipt of quotes and policies.
Process renewals according to agency procedures.
Review policies for accuracy and facilitate corrections, as needed.
