You'll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a customer service supervisor, which we call an operations team lead. As a customer service supervisor, you will lead and coach a team of specialists and work together to create an amazing customer experience.

What you'll do:
- Motivate and inspire your team to respond customer concerns and create an amazing customer experience
- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun!
- Oversee store KPI's (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health & safety)
- Maintain a healthy profit and loss
What we're looking for:
- Full-time availability
- 2+ years' experience leading a retail team of at least 15 associates
- 2+ years' experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment

Base pay range
Hourly pay rate: $22.26 - $25.57
This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above.
