For our division Rail Technical Infrastructure, we are looking for a Project Coordinator for the Limburg region and surroundings.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing the contract and defining the project structure and plan.
• Determining the formal objectives and preparing the technical dossier.
• Intensively following the project's progress and proactively adjusting progress, quality, and conformity.
• Placing the necessary orders in line with the project planning.
• Taking commercial initiatives to optimize margins, preparing progress statements, and controlling and approving project-related incoming invoices.
• Ensuring general site management and overseeing the technical and financial aspects of tenders.
• Managing general communication with involved divisions and subcontractors, acting as a single point of contact for the client.
• Reporting to the Division Manager Rail Technical Infrastructure.

Qualifications include:

• Holding a diploma in industrial engineering or equivalent through experience.
• Having experience in project management within infrastructure and preferably in rail projects.
• Having good knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
• Being stress-resistant, socially skilled, and having good organizational and analytical abilities.
• Being independent and flexible in working on-site and at construction sites.
• Being pragmatic and having a hands-on mentality.
• Being communicative and having the ability to motivate people.
• Having a good technical background and being proficient with PC: MS Office, MS Project.
