Function Description

As Project Coordinator, you are the central figure in the management and coordination of technical projects.

You ensure that projects in the field of facility techniques—such as fire detection, parlofonie, and general building techniques—proceed smoothly and according to the predetermined quality standards.

Your task package:

• Coordinating and following up on technical projects from A to Z within the framework contract.
• Drafting and managing project plans, budgets, and administrative documents.
• Acting as a contact point for internal and external partners, contractors, and suppliers.
• Checking technical execution plans and thinking about sustainable and efficient solutions for facility installations.
• Monitoring quality standards and safety regulations.
• Reporting on the progress of projects to both the client and internal management.

Function Requirements

• Bachelor or master's degree in a technical field (electromechanics, architecture, facility management, ...).
• Experience with project management and administrative follow-up in a technical context, preferably in government contracts or framework contracts.
• Knowledge of and affinity with facility techniques such as fire detection, parlofonie, and general building management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Independent, precise, and solution-oriented.
