Within the Horizontal Directional Drilling branch, we are looking for a passionate Project Coordinator!

As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the efficient coordination of operational activities on the sites. At the same time, you will support the Site Supervisors of the department.

A selection of your responsibilities as Project Coordinator:

• Ensure compliance with KVM (quality, safety, and environment) care systems.
• Lead site supervisors and team leaders.
• Financial and operational responsibility for assigned projects, including reporting.
• Preparation, follow-up, and coordination of projects, including work distribution.
• Creation of execution plan and short-term planning.
• Verification of executed works for conformity with the specification book.
• Preparation of progress report and invoicing.
• Participation in start-up meetings and maintenance of execution dossier.
• Verification of inspection, measurement, and testing tools, incoming invoices, and working hours.
• Annual evolution discussions with direct reports.
• Reporting to the Business Line Manager.

Requirements for the position:

• Preferably hold an engineering degree in civil engineering (master in engineering or equivalent master's degrees), but demonstrable and sufficient technical knowledge is also welcome.
• Experience with calculations and financial settlements, with strong numerical and geometric insight? That is a big asset!
• Driven, flexible, and dynamic.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, but passion and motivation are equally important.
• Possess a VOL VCA certificate.
• Demonstrable experience in project management of large and complex projects.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and various software packages.
• Perfect knowledge of Dutch, good knowledge of French and English, both verbally and in writing.
