The branches in Bilzen and Burcht have their own concrete and recycling site. In addition, the 100% subsidiary Belasco in Bilzen, Gent and Puurs has its own asphalt production facilities. All this to efficiently carry out work in Flanders and Brussels.

Function Description

• Coordinating supporting services: You coordinate the tasks between different teams such as BIM, the study service and land management for your projects.
• Preparing multiple sites: You are responsible for the preparation of multiple projects at the same time. You work closely with the project manager and the project leader who follow up on the site.
• Project follow-up from A to Z: You follow the sites from start to finish, with your role evolving according to the phase of the project.
• Working together with project leaders: You work closely with the project manager and report to them on progress. You form a tandem with the project leaders.
• Link between inside and outside: You act as the connection between the execution on the site and the internal supporting services.
• Planning and phasing: In consultation with the project manager and the project leader, you make the overall planning and phasing, and link it back to the internal teams.
• Administrative follow-up: You also drive the administrative processes for your projects.
• Analyzing and optimizing: Under the guidance of the project managers, you analyze together with the study service and BIM department the specifications and plans, and look for opportunities and optimizations.

Function Requirements

• Possessing a degree in industrial or civil engineering, preferably with several years of experience in infrastructure or road construction.
• Organized: You like to keep an overview and know how to bring structure.
• Knowledge of SB250: You are familiar with the standard specification 250 or are willing to learn it.
• Experience on the site: Preferably you have site experience, but you can also gain it with us.
• Digital skills: You are comfortable with tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, etc.) and AutoCad.
• Decisive: You dare to cut knots and take responsibility.
• Interest in practice and theory: You are fascinated by both the execution outside and the underlying plans and calculations.
• Solution-oriented: You think in possibilities and find creative solutions.
• Sense of responsibility: You feel involved in your work and strive for the best result.
