The Customer Success Specialist/KAM will be part of the Sales Team. The main mission of this team is to manage and develop new business lines, new markets, and commercial strategies.
The CSS/KAM reports to the KAM Senior and interacts with other Customer Success Specialists and sales, product, and operations, to ensure commercial support and information exchange.
The CSS is also in contact with customers as part of pre and post-sales activities (onboarding + post-onboarding). The objective of the position is to increase the adoption and adherence to our service in pre and post-sales.
