Customer Success Specialist/KAM Jr

BePark proposes solutions to improve mobility through parking. BePark is a pioneer in smart digital parking. We operate parking facilities and connect them to an ecosystem to create value for users, owners, and the community. We currently operate in Belgium, France, and Luxembourg.

We are real estate brokers and manage all B2B real estate transactions in France to find the best parking spaces and charging solutions to facilitate their relocation. We also support companies looking for parking spaces and charging stations as well as property owners looking to monetize their vacant spaces.

Today, we are delighted to announce that we are looking for a talented Customer Success Specialist/KAM Jr!

The Customer Success Specialist/KAM will be part of the Sales Team. The main mission of this team is to manage and develop new business lines, new markets, and commercial strategies.

The CSS/KAM reports to the KAM Senior and interacts with other Customer Success Specialists and sales, product, and operations, to ensure commercial support and information exchange.

The CSS is also in contact with customers as part of pre and post-sales activities (onboarding + post-onboarding). The objective of the position is to increase the adoption and adherence to our service in pre and post-sales.

Responsibilities of the Customer Success Specialist/KAM Jr:

  • Provide technical and product expertise on our parking solution
  • Accompany clients throughout their journey with our solution (onboarding, support, development).
  • Support commercial activities through the enablement and empowerment of sales (upsells, tools, processes, etc.).
  • Manage certain upsells and cross-sells for B2B clients
  • Ensure onboarding and support of clients on our solution; develop the relationship with them (train, gather feedback, inform about updates, share relevant results, etc.).
  • Be in contact with the property management team to communicate client needs and suggest improvements or additional features to meet current or future needs, as well as to validate versions and new developments before launch.
