Customer Success Manager

To strengthen our channel team, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to act as a central interface between partners and internal teams on a two-year parental leave replacement basis.

Your tasks:

  • Support and develop existing customers and channel partners
  • Manage and actively accompany the renewal process
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling potentials
  • Conduct partner trainings and support in daily operations
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, product management, support)
  • Monitor relevant KPIs and support forecasts and reporting
  • Handle partner inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Your profile:

    • Education—whether a degree or training: what matters is your several years of experience in B2B sales. Ideally, you have experience in channel sales or from an IT system house.
    • Curiosity and passion—profound interest in sales, business development, and channel strategies; motivation to identify and expand sales potentials together with partners; ideally experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or account management and in working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Personality—service-oriented and solution-oriented personality with organizational strength and strong communication skills; enjoyment of working with partners and internal interfaces; structured and independent working style
    • Language skills—proficient German and English speaking and writing skills are required
