Collect customer feedback and drive improvement proposals to increase customer satisfaction.
Own partner-facing technical activities end-to-end (proposal → deployment → operations).
Plan and deliver PoCs, technical briefings, and product demos for customers and partners.
Strengthen existing partnerships and identify new partners to expand accounts.
Evaluate feasibility, benefits, and risks, and define solution proposals and deployment approaches.
Drive deployment projects by working cross-functionally with Product/Engineering/Operations/Finance and other teams.
Serve as the technical point of contact for key accounts, leading actions for retention and expansion.
5+ years of experience in pre-sales / solution management / IT solutions.
Business-level Japanese & English.
Experience in manufacturing, robotics, AMR/AGV, or automation-related industries.
Foundational understanding of hardware and software systems (including networking).
Strong project execution skills across multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling/documentation tools.
People management experience (hiring, coaching, performance management, goal setting).
Able to translate technical details into clear, business-friendly proposals.
Customer-focused and proactive in identifying issues and driving improvements.
Comfortable with ambiguity; moves forward through hypothesis → validation.
Builds trust and coordinates effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
