Beamy Product Adoption Specialist
Beamy develops a web extension and allows large companies to detect and manage the use of SaaS tools in real time.
Our technology is based on three pillars:
- A browser extension deployed on more than 300,000 users that allows monitoring of SaaS usage
- A governance platform that allows collaborative definition of the company's application strategy
- A system of contextual notifications from the browser extension to guide users and communicate with employees.
At the intersection of browser technology, real-time data processing, and enterprise security, our solution helps organizations better control their SaaS ecosystem and optimize the use of software by their employees by guiding usage towards standardized applications.
Our client base is growing rapidly and many of them are completing their build phase today (plugin WBE, orga mapping, data analysis) to enter the run phase—where they fully use our platform.
We therefore need a product adoption specialist, capable of building the best use cases for our different personas and accompanying our clients (large accounts) from onboarding to advanced use of the platform.
This role is key to ensuring the success of our clients, reinforcing the perceived value of the platform, and serving as an internal reference point for best practices in product use, both for clients and Customer Success teams.
Missions
- Pilot the adoption of the platform: Identify stakeholders, design tailored use cases, and ensure their effective implementation.
- Accompany clients throughout their journey: onboarding, product demonstrations, training, and regular follow-ups.
- Ensure user satisfaction and maintain the quality of their experience on the platform.
- Measure and track adoption indicators to continuously optimize journeys and processes.
- Disseminate best practices for product use among clients and internal teams (CS, product, support).
- Implement onboarding tools and materials (user guides, documentation, tutorials).
- Collect, structure, and share customer feedback with Product teams to contribute to continuous platform improvement.
Profile Sought
- First experience (2 to 3 years) in a SaaS environment, ideally in Customer Success, Adoption, or Change Management functions.
- Strong product affinity, with an analytical and structured approach to build effective adoption strategies.
- Comfort in client relations, especially with C-level and large account stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment, with autonomy, resilience, and curiosity.
