Beamy Implementation Manager
Beamy develops a web extension and allows large companies to detect and manage the real-time use of SaaS tools. Our technology is based on three pillars:
- A browser extension deployed on more than 300,000 users that allows monitoring SaaS usage
- A governance platform that allows collaboratively defining the enterprise application strategy
- A system of contextual notifications from the browser extension to guide users and communicate with employees
At the intersection of browser technology, real-time data processing, and enterprise security, our solution helps organizations better control their SaaS ecosystem and optimize the use of software by their employees by guiding usage towards standardized applications.
Missions
- Ensure the complete deployment of the Beamy solution at our large account clients, taking charge of the installation of the web extension, mapping of usages for precise cartography, as well as the functional and technical configuration of the platform to guarantee optimal adoption.
- Technical Deployment & Integration:
- Lead the deployment of the Beamy browser extension in complex IT environments.
- Provide technical expertise on architecture and deployment choices, taking into account the client's security, network, and IT constraints.
- Manage integrations (APIs, interfaces) and accompany the implementation of connectors (SSO, DLP, etc.).
- Participate in the pre-sales phases to ensure technical reassurance and clarify the implications of implementation.
- Be the reference point for clients on all technical topics related to Beamy.
- Client Support & Exploitation:
- Ensure the onboarding and training of client teams on the use of the platform.
- Follow client projects from start to finish: coordination, planning, risk management, communication.
- Accompany the adoption of the solution in the long term, providing local support and facilitating changes in usage.
- Carry out regular internal reporting on technical or operational alerts detected on the accounts followed.
- Work closely with Sales, CSM, Product, and Pre-Sales teams to maximize impact with our clients.
Profile Sought
- Hard skills:
- You are a graduate of an engineering school.
- You have experience (3 years) in B2B SaaS/tech start-up environments, ideally in professional services (PS), pre-sales, or technical consulting (CTO Office, cybersecurity, PMO).
- You have already led complex implementation projects, ensuring rigorous follow-up of actions, quickly grasping business and technical issues, and effectively piloting various stakeholders to move projects forward (potentially within short deadlines).
- Technical skills in system integration:
- API management
- SSO configuration
- Configuration scripts
- SQL and BigQuery (BQ).
- You speak English fluently.
- Soft skills:
- Proactivity & organization: anticipate needs, prioritize, manage time and tasks efficiently.
- Product orientation: understand product and business issues, be a force of proposal.
- Pedagogy: know how to train, explain clearly, accompany change without haste.
- Communication, active listening capacity, and adaptation to various interlocutors.
- Iterative spirit: ability to learn, adjust, and continuously improve methods and deliverables.
