You're Good At:

• Coordinating all aspects of event logistics, including venue sourcing and travel arrangements.
• Managing data and generating insightful reports to ensure project success.
• Ensuring compliance with both regulatory and client-driven guidelines.
• Building strong relationships with vendors and clients, creating a positive experience for all.
• Contributing to a team environment while working independently to meet tight deadlines.

You Might Also Have:

• A degree in a related field, or equivalent experience that showcases your skills.
• Experience in marketing or project management within the life sciences or high-tech industries.
• Familiarity with Cvent or other data management tools.
• Proven organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A knack for problem-solving and making decisions on the fly.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Coordinator is between $51,700 - $60,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
