Building and nurturing strong client relationships for maximum satisfaction and retention.

Conducting insightful business reviews and identifying opportunities for efficiency.

Leading and supporting a dedicated team in delivering exceptional service.

Implementing process improvements and managing operational challenges effectively.

Analyzing data to track ROI and driving insights for account growth.

A four-year degree or equivalent experience in the Meetings & Events or Production & Content space.

Over 5 years of experience in account management and operational delivery.

Five years' experience in Event Production.

An innate ability to communicate and connect with clients and team members.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to craft compelling presentations.

A knack for adapting to new challenges and pivoting strategies as needed.

This role is Virtual and operates on Eastern Standard or Central Standard time. This role requires travel, up to 50% annually.

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Operations & Account Manager, Strategic Production Management is between $75,000 - $110,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
