As an account manager, your primary objective is to foster client relationships and drive sales growth within our organization. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, engaging in both inbound and outbound communication to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling our products, addressing incoming inquiries from clients, and maintaining meticulous records of all interactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints, ultimately contributing to the overall satisfaction and retention of our clientele. The employee will have the exciting opportunity to travel to the GCC region as part of their responsibilities.
