Customer Service Coordinator (M/W/D) – Technischer Kundensupport Medizintechnik

At Baxter, we believe every person—regardless of who they are or where they are from—deserves a chance to live a healthy life. It was our founding belief in 1931 and continues to be our guiding principle. We are redefining healthcare delivery to make a greater impact today, tomorrow, and beyond.

Our Baxter colleagues are united by our Mission to Save and Sustain Lives. Together, our community is driven by a culture of courage, trust, and collaboration. Every individual is empowered to take ownership and make a meaningful impact. We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.

Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride.

Baxter stands at the center of improving people’s lives through medical technology that makes the hospital routine safer, more efficient, and more humane.

Our solutions in the area of hospital equipment—including operating tables, operating lights, hospital beds, and monitoring systems—are essential for modern patient care.

But behind every successful application is a strong service team that works quickly, precisely, and reliably.

If you enjoy coordinating service operations, solving technical challenges, and making a daily direct contribution to the success of our customers, then you are needed by us—in the heart of the medical service business.

As a Customer Service Coordinator (M/W/D), you are the central interface between our customers, service technicians, and internal departments. Your goal: smooth operations, satisfied users, and sustainable solutions in the hospital and medtech environment.

Your deployment ensures that operating rooms are well-lit, patients safely lie down—and hospitals can rely on their technology.

Your Tasks:

  • Planning, controlling, and following up on service operations for our products in the area of operating tables, operating lights, hospital beds, and patient monitoring systems.
  • Receiving and prioritizing incoming customer inquiries (telephone, email, CRM) quickly, amicably, and solution-oriented.
  • Technical remote support (Level 1): assistance with fault diagnosis, configuration, spare part identification, and simple problem solutions.
  • Close coordination with service technicians, sales, and partner companies to efficiently implement customer needs.
  • Documentation of service orders, complaints, and customer interactions according to internal quality and compliance standards.
  • Coordination of appointments, order management, and support for RMA and depot processes.
  • Analysis of service operations and support for continuous process optimization.

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical or commercial training (e.g., medical technology, electrical engineering, IT system trader or comparable).
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical customer service or service environment, ideally in medical technology or hospital equipment.
  • Good English skills in speech and writing.
  • Affinity for IT and network technologies (Windows, device connectivity, support environments).
  • Customer-oriented communication, organizational talent, and structured working style.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and solution-oriented thinking.

Our Offer:

  • A responsible role in an international medtech company.
  • Comprehensive training and product training for our entire portfolio (operating tables, operating lights, hospital beds, monitoring systems).
  • Modern working tools, digital tools, and flexible working forms.
  • Attractive remuneration, social benefits, occupational pension, and training programs.
  • A culture based on trust, cooperation, and sustainable success.

Shape the future of medical technology with us—with technology that saves lives and service that inspires.

Have we piqued your interest?

If you like the task described above, feel comfortable in a dynamic, varied work environment, and are enthusiastic about a learning and growth culture, then we should get to know each other.
