As an Account Manager, you must guarantee, promote, and develop the sale of medical solutions intended for operating rooms (surgery tables, lighting…) to healthcare professionals in your area.

Your main missions and responsibilities include:

• Prospecting, identifying, and following up on regional “public and private” targets
• Implementing action plans on the sector (calendar, actions, resources, budget,…)
• Managing forecasts and keeping the information recorded in SFDC updated rigorously
• Building a relationship with the Commercial Direction (CD) to offer the best response to customer expectations while respecting Baxter’s national strategy
• Ensuring total satisfaction of each client (training plan, satisfaction measurement, delivery, etc.…)
• Selling service contracts at the time of sale (Point Of Sales)
• Communicating with the service and the Technical Product Engineer (TPE) to optimize the sale of service contracts on the installed base
• Ensuring total satisfaction of each client (training plan, satisfaction measurement, delivery, etc.…)
• Participating in invoice collections
• Optimizing internal resources to serve each stage of the project
• Committing to a dynamic, justified, and validated management of the sample park in the sector
• Knowing the regional strategy of the competition and reporting the information to the Commercial Direction and the marketing service
• Knowing and managing influential regional actors/KOL
• Making regular reports to your superior (analysis of won/lost deals)
• Implementing quality assurance procedures
• Planning and coordinating client interventions with the concerned internal services (Marketing – customer service etc.)
• Validating the results of these interventions

Your profile:

Successful experience of a minimum of 2 to 5 years in a commercial position in the healthcare field

Knowledge of the “hospital and healthcare” environment

Knowledge of the Operating Room environment would be a plus

Management of regional health establishments (type CH/CHU/Clinics…)

Experience in the realization of a regional business plan
