This will be done in conjunction with fellow engineers, business analysts and business stakeholders.

To be successful as a Product Control GTSM Support Analyst you should have experience with:

• Strong experience in production support.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principal and practices in Financial institution.
• Strong Windows experience.
• Unix/Linux, database technologies (Oracle & MS-SQL) primarily in Investment Banking domain. Exposure to PnL/IVC business area will be preferred.
• High energy, hands-on and results & goal-oriented.
• Well organized with excellent time management, able to work in a pressurized environment
• Driving attitude and Engineering mindset.

• Skilled in conflict resolution, continuous improvement, and team empowerment.
• Experienced in removing impediments and fostering a high-performing team culture.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and communication.
