We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure our customers achieve maximum value from our digital products and services. As a CSM, you will act as a trusted advisor, driving adoption, engagement, and long-term satisfaction. You'll work closely with customers to understand their goals, provide strategic guidance, and help them succeed.

To be successful in this role:
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years in Customer Success, or related roles. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms (e.g. Gainsight).
