Work Format: On-Site

What We Are Looking For:

  • Professional experience of more than 3 years as a Service Desk Specialist;
  • Proven experience in technical assistance and support for problems related to computer systems, software, and hardware;
  • Experience in support lines I and II;
  • Availability for a 100% on-site work model in Lisbon;
  • Availability for preventive maintenance.
