Profile We Are Looking For

We are looking for a profile with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, capable of implementing and configuring advanced solutions in collaborative and agile environments.

Indispensable Requirements

• Experiencia demostrable en Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Conocimiento de Copilot Service Workspace (according to official documentation)
• Experiencia en implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft APM SDK
• Experiencia en programming JavaScript

Desirable Knowledge

• Experiencia en TypeScript

Skills and Competencies

• Teamwork under agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Handling of collaborative tools like Jira
• Ability to assess functional requirements and compare them with the standard functionalities of the product, ensuring alignment with the client's needs.
• Autonomy and responsibility in the management of tasks, maintaining high standards of quality in development and implementation.
