We Are Looking For

A profile with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, capable of implementing and configuring advanced solutions in collaborative and agile environments.

Indispensable Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Knowledge of Copilot Service Workspace (according to official documentation).
  • Experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft APM SDK.
  • Experience in JavaScript programming.

Desirable Knowledge

  • Experience in TypeScript.

Skills and Competencies

  • Teamwork under agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Handling of collaborative tools like Jira.
  • Ability to evaluate functional requirements and compare them with the standard functionalities of the product, ensuring alignment with the client's needs.
  • Autonomy and responsibility in the management of tasks, maintaining high standards of quality in development and implementation.
