Your Role

• You care for our customers throughout the entire vehicle lifecycle.

• You are the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, both written and by phone.

• You calculate offers and answer questions about leasing proposals.

• You maintain data in the CRM system and perform operational tasks, such as preparing reports.

• You act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners.

• You support the ongoing optimization of our processes while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.

What We Expect From You

• You have a completed commercial education with a diploma (HAK, HLW, …) or a completed commercial apprenticeship.

• You have already gained some professional experience.

• Experience in the leasing and/or vehicle sector is advantageous.

• You are proficient in MS Office programs.

• You are communicative and customer- and service-oriented.

• You have a self-reliant, accurate, and structured working style.

• You have excellent German and very good English skills in both speech and writing.

Salary

For this position, we offer a minimum gross monthly salary of € 2,500, depending on qualification and professional experience, with a willingness to offer more.
