Are you an experienced Key Account Manager with a commercial mindset who can create exceptional customer experiences? Are you motivated by building long-term customer relationships with some of the largest companies in Denmark? And do you burn for creating business value by delivering a high quality level?

Ayvens Danmark is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager for our location in Storkøbenhavn. As a Key Account Manager for corporate business, you will have your own customer portfolio, consisting of some of the largest companies in Denmark. You will need to use your commercial and financial understanding to analyze and understand customers' needs and address the challenges that Ayvens can help solve.

Your primary task is to strengthen and develop the cooperation with your customers, and to ensure that customers continue to choose Ayvens Danmark's solutions within commercial leasing.

In addition, you will:

  • Support long-term partnerships by preparing strategic growth plans together with the customer and presenting analyses and reports to provide insights into fleet and savings potentials
  • Help our customers identify improvement solutions and business opportunities, and ensure that customers maximize the benefits of our systems and services
  • Facilitate regular follow-up meetings at strategic and operational levels, where you act as a sparring partner for our large customers' procurement managers and fleet managers, ensuring that their car policies are up to date in accordance with legislation and the green transformation
  • Coordinate with both Car Advisors and Account Managers regarding shared customers and contribute positively to cross-organizational collaborations
  • Participate in customer events, held webinars, and similar
  • Read and understand customers' annual reports, familiarize yourself with organizational structures, and work on KYC

You will report to the Head of Sales, Lennart Jacobsen, and join a team of 14 colleagues. We value community highly, and we collaborate to achieve our shared goal of providing great customer experiences across departments. You will work closely with the rest of the KAM team and the sales manager, where you will lead and seek out new trends in commercial leasing.

Our upcoming Key Account Manager:

You have documented experience in both negotiation and sales from a similar role, where you have worked with a portfolio of larger customers. Industry knowledge is not a must, but knowledge of and understanding for the financial sector in a sales-oriented context is an advantage.

You have a high drive and thrive in a high-paced work environment. However, it is equally important that you manage to maintain structure and complete your tasks. Our upcoming colleague must also be a team player, motivated by achieving common goals, and act in an ethical and responsible manner.

In addition, there is a great chance of success in the role if you:

  • Are proactive, responsible, and disciplined
  • Have good numeracy skills
  • Are naturally trustworthy and credible
  • Are an experienced user of IT tools, including CRM systems, etc.
  • You master English in writing and speaking. Fluent Danish is required.
