Service Desk Manager

Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Computer Science Information Management Information Technology Business Health Information Management or a related health care field OR equivalent work experience. Requires minimum 5 years experience in Information Services or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: Oversees the daily operations of IS Service Desk Support helping to prioritize and escalate issues as needed for our team as they support the organization. Manages procedures related to change control account access management and the development and oversight for most departmental communications to the organization. Rounds and responds to customer surveys less than 100.
