Customer Service Representative

Job Title

Greeting and assisting customers with selection of home medical equipment and supplies. Educate patient on the insurance process required for coverage depending on type of insurance and product needed. Educate patient on required documentation from physician and the future. Required to properly fit all products.

Minimum Qualifications And Requirements

Licenses and Certifications Required: Orthotics and Mastectomy Fitter Certificates preferred. Current ND or other State Drivers License preferred.

Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience Requirements: Minimum of one year sales experience preferred. Minimum of one year experience in cashiering and balancing preferred. Previous experience in working with direct patient contact preferred. Previous experience using computerized system for information storage and retrieval preferred.

Special Skills or Training Requirements: Medical terminology knowledge preferred. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills preferred.
