AXA XL, the P&C and Specialty risk division of the AXA Group, is looking for a Multinational Client Service Specialist in La Défense, France. AXA XL is dedicated to providing insurance solutions for large enterprises and specialty risks. Our teams design targeted solutions to cover risks, from the most common to the most complex, for our clients. We are committed to helping them anticipate, prepare for, and prevent disasters or limit their impact, and to bounce back quickly when a disaster occurs. As a Multinational Client Service Specialist, you will:
You will coordinate with the entire AXA XL network to implement and monitor international client programs. You will be the main point of contact for our clients/brokers, responding to requests with responsiveness in close collaboration with Underwriting/Claims/Captives. You will understand and relay local regulations and constraints to our brokers, and manage reinsurance premium refunds to reinsurance captives and reinsurers. You will report to the Manager Operations International Office Casualty.
We are looking for a profile with a master's degree in insurance, first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in managing international insurance programs, strong analytical and synthesis skills, excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented and confidential approach, and good command of English (spoken/written). You should be comfortable with office software tools (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
